Dylan is growing up so fast. He is beginning to express a need for independence and he gets frustrated when he can't do things he's set his mind to. He's also found a new love for chatting. He walks around our apartment chatting all day long. He looks at me and speaks so matter of factly (can I even use that term like that?) that I am sure he thinks I am understanding every word. He also just got his first hair cut which grew him up about 10 years (according to his dad). We were so concentrated on keeping him happy while my mom cut his hair that we forgot all about pictures. Sad day. I will just have to let his hair grow out really long again and then take pictures of his next hair cut. :) He did have quite the mullet.
I had to post this video because it shows Dylan doing two of my favorite things. He jabbers in it and he does what we affectionately call the "growl laugh." He started doing the growl laugh a couple of months ago. He doesn't do it all the time, only on special occasions. I can sometimes get him to do it by tickling his legs, but more often it is something random that hits his funny bone just right. I accidentally cut off the end because my batteries died, but it's still pretty cute. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
